1. Check in

1.1. Hours for check in and check out:

• Check in time after 14:00
• Check out time before 11:00

1.2 In case of later departure the first overdue hour is subject to payment of the amount of 10 (ten)% of the total room cost. The second hour will be 30 (thirty)% of the total room cost. The third hour 50 (fifty)% of the total room cost. And after the fourth hour 100 (one hundred) % of the total rooms cost.

2. Parking

2.1 Depending on the availability we at MGM offer valet service parking:

• All the cars parked in our parking must leave their key at the reception for the whole stay.
• Please advise us the night before if you require your car to be available the next morning.
• The charge for parking is 10 leva a day.

3. Internet

3.1 For your convenience we offer free WIFI in MGM Sozpol.

• Our WIFI names are: MGM 1,2,3,4,5,6 or 7
• The password to the WIFI is: 12345678

4. Rest and relaxation

4.1 We at MGM know the importance of quality rest during your stay, so we ask all our guests to please be quite during the hours from 14:00 until 16:00 to not disturb the sweet afternoon naps of the other guests.
4.2 We kindly inform you that our panoramic terrace closes at 24:00.
